A career built around this work

Kristin Peck has spent her career at the intersection of clinical care and restorative artistry. With more than twelve years in medical and wound care and seven years of clinical pigmentation, she has lived the details that the ARC Method™ now teaches — tissue response, color across every skin tone, safety, and the quiet, careful work of helping a survivor feel like herself again.

She founded The Areola Restoration Center™ and Dermahue Total Wellness Studio in Richmond, Virginia, where restorative areola pigmentation is delivered as the final, humanizing step of breast reconstruction. An MBA and a B.A. in Psychology give her practice both structure and deep regard for the people it serves; she holds an NPI as a recognized provider.

She built the Academy for one reason: to set a standard. To protect a craft that had been taught inconsistently, and to train the next practitioners to serve survivors with the rigor, safety, and dignity the work demands.

Why it shows in the method

What she brings to the standard

The ARC Method reflects the practitioner who built it — clinical, compassionate, and disciplined in equal measure.

A clinical foundation

Years in medical and wound care shaped how the method treats tissue, healing, safety, and documentation — not as afterthoughts, but as the backbone of the work.

A practitioner's heart

Every module reflects time spent across the table from survivors. The standard is exacting because the moment it serves — feeling whole again — deserves nothing less.

A builder's discipline

An MBA and a background in psychology bring structure and empathy together: a real curriculum, real assessment, and a credential built to last.
