These terms govern your enrollment in and use of the ARC Method Academy certification platform. By enrolling or accessing the portal, you agree to the terms below.

Enrollment and access

Enrollment grants a single practitioner personal, non-transferable access to the certification curriculum and its resources. Accounts and credentials may not be shared. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, enrollment includes one year of portal access to the program; continued access beyond the first year requires an active yearly membership.

Acceptable use

• Use the program for your own professional training and practice.
• Do not copy, record, download (except where a resource is explicitly provided for download), redistribute, resell, or publicly post the curriculum, videos, assessments, or materials.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the access controls that protect the program or its media.

Certification

Certification is earned by completing the program and passing its graded assessments. A certificate attests to completion of this program and is not a license or a medical credential. Practitioners remain responsible for operating within their own scope of practice and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The ARC Method™ and all program content are protected. See our intellectual property notice for details. We may suspend or revoke access for any violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
