Intellectual Property Notice

The ARC Method™ (Areola Restoration and Color) is a protected mark of The Areola Restoration Center™. The certification curriculum and every asset within it are proprietary intellectual property.

Protected materials

This includes, without limitation, the training manual, instructional videos, the workbook, templates and forms, assessments and answer keys, case studies, and all written and visual course content. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Permitted use

Enrollment grants the individual practitioner personal, gated access to the program for their own training and practice. It does not transfer any ownership or license beyond that personal access.

Prohibited use

• Copying, recording, downloading, or reproducing the curriculum or its media, except where a resource is explicitly provided for download.
• Sharing account credentials or otherwise providing access to anyone who is not the enrolled practitioner.
• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, publicly posting, or teaching from the materials.
