FAQ

Questions, answered

The essentials about the ARC Method™ certification. If your question isn't here, we're glad to answer it personally.

  • What is the ARC Method™?

The ARC Method™ — Areola Restoration and Color — is a medically reviewed approach to restorative areola pigmentation for people who have come through breast cancer. It standardizes the whole process, from consultation and color matching to technique, aftercare, and documentation. Read more about the method.

  • Who is the program for?

Tattoo and permanent-makeup artists, paramedical practitioners, and clinicians working under appropriate medical oversight who want to add restorative areola work to their practice — to a real standard. See who it’s for.

  • Do I need prior experience?

Capable artistry and professional standards around hygiene and safety matter most. Specific prerequisites — such as licensing or bloodborne-pathogen training — depend on where you practice. If you’re unsure whether it’s a fit, ask us and we’ll talk it through.

  • Is the curriculum medically reviewed?

Yes. The method is built and reviewed to a defined clinical standard — covering tissue response, contraindications, safety, technique, and aftercare — rather than assembled as an ad-hoc workshop.

  • How is the program delivered?

Entirely online, inside a secure practitioner portal: 14 sequenced modules — 55 lessons in all — combining video, written lessons, interactive tools, audio companions, downloadable resources, and practice checks. See the full curriculum and how the program works.

  • Are there graded assessments?

Yes. Every module ends in a graded quiz, and the program in a comprehensive final assessment — all scored server-side, with retakes allowed. The final assessment gates certification, so the credential reflects real command of the material.

  • How long do I have access?

Your tuition includes a full year of portal access — return to the modules and resource library whenever you need them. After the first year, a yearly Active Membership keeps your ARC Method™ certification current and your portal and content access open.

  • How are the videos and resources protected?

All proprietary media — video, resources, and certificates — is private and served only to active, signed-in practitioners through a gated route. It is never publicly hotlinkable. Protecting the content is how the standard, and your credential, stay meaningful.

  • What do I receive when I complete the program?

A branded certificate with a unique number, emailed to you and published to a public verification page — so a client or a referring surgeon can confirm your ARC Method™ certification on the verification page.

  • How much is tuition?

One tuition covers the entire program and a full year of portal access, paid in full through secure checkout. See current pricing and what’s included on the tuition page.

  • What is your refund policy?

Refund terms are described in our refund policy. If you have a question before enrolling, please contact us.
